International Workshop on Art for Nature

Relief Fund for Wildlife Victims (RFWV) in collaboration with WWF Nepal, NTNC and Humane Society International (HSI) has been organising an International Workshop on Art for Nature in Sauraha, Chitwan National Park from 6-12 Dec 2015.  The main objective of the workshop is to promote nature and wildlife arts, and increase conservation awareness through arts in Nepal and raise fund for conservation by selling art works in national and international markets.  About 25 Nepali and 5 international artists from USA, Australia, Germany and  India are participating in the workshops. This type of  workshop is the first of its kind in Nepal. An exhibition of art works prepared in the exhibition will be held in the first week of Jan 2016. RFWV has plan to organise this type of art workshop annually in different national parks of Nepal for the promotion of nature conservation, nature arts and tourism in the country. Please also visit www.rfwv.org.np and www.artfornepal.com for more information. Capture Capture1
